We have an irc channel, but not many of our members use it 
For those who don't know irc, think it like this.
A IRC Server is, lets say, a convention building with different showcases. In this case, the server is gamesurge.
/server irc.gamesurge.net
A IRC Channel is 1 of the little booths in that convention. In this case, clans with individual channel's represent each of the booths. You can join other clan's channel's to talk to other members. Our channel is #wsn
/join #wsn
I know that many of our members have skype that they use during matches (for voice). However, instead of keeping Skype on for the entire time, leaving IRC is better since we can communicate with each other. I would idle around the IRC, and only use skype once you find a match or something.
If you have chatzilla installed, just click this withing firefox:

uff i thought it would be self explanatory. eneter the server, then the channel, then boom. i have finals, so i'll need some time to write the guide up/
